All financial transactions on the 8k8k Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 8k8k supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported by the issuing bank.

Deposits are credited to your 8k8k account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of account verification (KYC). Verified accounts may submit withdrawal requests at any time. 8k8k aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Funds in your 8k8k account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account belonging to another person will result in immediate suspension of your 8k8k account pending investigation.

8k8k reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's 8k8k account balance.
For sports betting markets, 8k8k follows industry-standard settlement rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 8k8k's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body — shall be final and binding. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time availability and may be suspended at any time at 8k8k's discretion.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on 8k8k. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by 8k8k at any time without prior notice.

8k8k does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8k8k will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
In no event shall 8k8k's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8k8k account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8k8k collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the 8k8k Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to the conduct of gaming activities regulated by PAGCOR, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
